WSDOT lists an RV dumping station at the Silver Lake safety rest area on southbound I-5, MP 188, 5.9 miles south of Everett. Since Sept. 24, 2021 the rest area has been closed for maintenance indefinitely, and WSDOT says there is no access for RV dumping there.
